Management Team
Chuck Jones is CEO & President for Carbite Golf, having joined the company in 1999.
A golf industry veteran, Jones has been a PGA of America
golf professional for more than 40 years. He has qualified and played in six US
Senior Opens and a number of PGA Tour events. Before joining Carbite, he was
president and owner of Carizma Golf Company, which manufactured and sold
putters. From 1991-1996, he also owned two retail golf shops in San Diego.
Additionally, he was involved in the development of more than 10 golf courses in
California.
A native of Madison, WI, he attended the University of
Wisconsin. Active in his community, Jones is a deputy in the Honorary Deputy
Sheriff’s Association, San Diego, where he holds the rank of commander. Jones
is a resident of Solana Beach, CA.

Donna Carson is National Sales Manager for Carbite
Golf, joining the company in June 2005.
Ms Carson has been involved in the golf industry for her
entire career, starting as an assistant credit manager for Lynx Golf. For
eleven years, Carson was with Bennington Golf, and was Vice President, Sales and
Marketing.
She resides in Cota de Caza, California.

Rick Hamilton is club designer and PGA Tour Rep for
Carbite Golf.
A 25-year veteran in the golf industry, primarily as a golf
club and putter designer, he has worked with a number of top companies, such as
Orlimar, SeeMore, Otey Crisman, Ray Cook, Rawlings Golf and Tiger Shark.
Several top PGA pros have won tournaments using putters designed by Hamilton,
including Fred Couples, Retief Goosen and Nick Price. He has been affiliated
with Carbite for some five years.
An experienced PGA club professional, Hamilton worked at
Oahu Country Club in Honolulu, Mission Bay in San Diego and Sierra LaVerne C.C.
Born and raised in San Diego, Hamilton was graduated from
the San Diego Golf Academy in the late 1970s. He is married and has eight
children ranging in age from eight to 21. He resides in San Diego.
