What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept
payment by Visa or MasterCard.

How do I know when payment has been processed?
To keep you
well informed, we will notify you via email when we have
received your payment, and your tracking number just
after your order ships.
3.
What is the shipping & handling charge for my order?
For a limited
time, there are no shipping or handling charges.
4.
What shipping options do I have?
We have a
relationship with DHL, and also ship via UPS.
Ground shipping is free of charge; a 2nd Day Air, and
Next Day Air options are available Call us for
cost information.
5.
When will my item ship?
Our shipments
originate from our West Coast factory and typically ship
1-2 business days after your payment clears. If
your payment is received and clears before 12 Noon ET,
we do our best to ship it in the same day.
6.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Depending on
the destination of your order & the shipping level you
select you will receive your order 1-5 business days
after it ships.
7.
Will you send me a tracking number?
We will email
you a tracking number shortly after your order ships.
8.
Does Carbite ship internationally?
No, not at
this time.
9. My
order was damaged when I received it... what do I do?
Contact us
immediately at
sales@carbitegolf.com. Retain all original
packaging materials and damaged items. We will
arrange for the damaged items to be returned to us and
file any appropriate damage claims.
10.
What is Carbite's return policy?
We stand
behind every item that we sell and will do everything
possible to assure that you're satisfied. If you
receive your club(s) and are not 100% satisfied, please
email
sales@carbitegolf.com within 3 days of receipt, and
we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're
unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we
will refund your original purchase price.
Please be aware that all items purchased in new
condition and then used (even once) are not returnable).
All returns
require a Return Authorization; email us for an RA
number before returning an item.
Items returned
must be companied by the original packaging and must be
in the same condition that they were received. All
returns will be inspected prior to a credit being
issued.
11.
What is Carbite's warranty?
Carbite
warrants its golf clubs purchased from an authorized
retailer or distributor to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship for two years from the date of
the purchase (the "Warranty Period"). Carbite
will, without charge to the buyer, repair or replace and
product of part thereof that is defective or becomes
defective during normal use within the Warranty Period.
At its option, Carbite may replace the product with a
new or reconditioned product. This warranty does
not cover paint scratches, blemishes or other normal
wear and tear. To obtain warrant service within
the United States, return the product directly to
Carbite Golf.
12.
Do you accept trade-ins?
At this time
we do not accept trade-ins.
13.
Can I pick my item up at your warehouse?
We do not
offer will call. However most orders ship within 1
business day of your payment clearing.
14.
Am I required to pay sales tax?
Our warehouse
is located in California, and therefore is required by
State law to collect 7.75% sales tax on shipments
destined to a California address.
